The Caregiver Training Respite Series is an on-going program provided by West Neighbourhood House, to educate informal and family caregivers with the knowledge and expertise they need to perform their duties as a caregiver.
The sessions are held in-person at the West Neighbourhood House location at 248 Ossington Avenue, and virtually on Zoom. The Older Adult Centre (OAC) one-year training and educational program was created to support and empower caregivers in their vital roles. A new Caregiver Training is planned for 2026-27.
