Our Health Promotion and Education program provides educational and health related activities/services that promote wellness for older adults.

What we offer:
We host activities that provide health and wellness opportunities as well as public education about seniors health and the aging process to caregivers, students and volunteers.
Who is eligible:
Older adults (55 years of age or over)

We are currently offering the following programs per week —
Monday and Thursday at 1:30-2:30pm: ZUMBA Gold with Olena in Messenger Chat Room
Tuesday at 10:45-11:45am: Chair YOGA with Pedro in Messenger Chat Room
Tuesday at 2-3pm: Falls Prevention FITNESS with Sepideh in Messenger Chat Room
Wednesday at 10:45-11:45am: Yoga Strength with Lorne in Messenger Chat Room
Friday at 11:00am-12pm: Functional FITNESS with Michelle in Messenger Chat Room
