The Youth Leadership program is an 8-week summer program for youth aged 13 to 16 designed to engage participants in self-improvement, volunteering, civic engagement and skill building activities.

Essential Information

What is the Youth Leadership program?

The Youth Leadership program is a dynamic program that is an intersection of youth, empowerment, innovation and community development. It is a solid investment in youth potential that fosters inclusion and growth. For 8 weeks in the summer, youth actively volunteer in their community and participate of social justice causes and charitable initiatives in the city. Throughout the summer, youth can participate of recreational and fitness activities as well as engage in self-improvement workshops, meditation and self-care.

Where:

The program takes place in Toronto, based out of West Neighbourhood House’s location at 248 Ossington Ave.

When:

This is an 8-week, full-day program that will take place between July 3rd and August 18th.

Cost:

Free.
