Transportation is a critical factor for independent community living. In partnership with Toronto Ride, the West Neighbourhood House Transportation program offers independence, assistance and choice.

The program offers door-to-door, individualized service to meet special needs. Our drivers, both volunteer and staff, are carefully selected, trained and supervised.
Rides are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m.
The West Neighbourhood House Transportation Program provides accessibility and participation in the regular activities of daily living, essential to physical and emotional well being.

After business hours, please leave a voicemail message and your call will be returned on the next business day. Requests must be made one week in advance. Your ride will be confirmed the morning prior to your appointment.

If you need to cancel your ride, you must provide West Neighbourhood House with 24 hours notice. If not, we regret that you will be charged for the cost of the ride.
West Neighbourhood House – Older Adult Centre (OAC) Transportation Program is a member of the Toronto Ride, a network whose objective is to provide an efficient, coordinated, and easily accessible non-emergency community transportation referral service by which seniors and persons with disabilities can access health care system services and certain social/recreational functions, such as shopping and community programs.
