Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get more involved in preschool programming?
We have a NEW Preschool Program Facebook page where we share a variety of activities to keep children and their families entertained and busy through resources, chats, and live events such as cooking playdough, arts and crafts, and Story Time.
For parents, we also offer a Parents Virtual Support Group on Wednesday evenings and a parent-to-parent peer support group that meets on Wednesday afternoons.
Does my child have to stay for the full hour?
Absolutely not. Children’s attention span varies for each individual. If you find your child no longer wants to be part of circle time than you can just say good bye and enjoy the rest of your day.
Do we have to come to every session to join in?
The great thing about our program is that it is a drop-in basis. Families are welcomed to join whenever they feel like it. You do not have to attend every session to still be part of our program.
Do I have to sit with my child during the session?
You know your child best. If your child is able to be self sufficient, than you can be available to them if they need you but you do not have to sit next to them during circle time.
